1/2 a Yellow Onion, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup Extra Light Olive Oil or Canola
