Marinated Grilled London Broil

1 ½ tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 TBS Honey
4 TBS Balsamic vinegar
4 TBS Extra Virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tarragon
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 ½ lbs London Broil or steak of your choice

Whisk together all the ingredients. Pour into a large Ziploc bag and add the steak. Squeeze out excess air, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 6 hours. Preheat grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. Remove the steak from the marinade, shake off excess, and discard the remaining marinade. Cook on preheated grill to desired doneness.

  1. London broil is my favorite type of steak. I would recommend trying grass fed Black Angus beef when cooking your london broil steak. It is absolutely delicious and a healthier option. I work with La Cense Beef and because our beef is 100% grass fed it is higher in omega 3 acids and lower in calorie and fat as opposed to traditional grain fed beef. Try grass fed Black Angus Beef and you will be able to taste an even bigger difference!

  2. LOVE black angus also! everyone could use more omega 3 and less calories and fat!
Good suggestion, i will def try it!!! thanks Kara!
