You tailor your salsa to fit your taste.<br /><br />2 Jalapeno peppers<br />2 Serrano peppers<br />2 cans stewed tomatoes (or 6 Roma tomatoes)<br />2 habanero peppers<br />1 green bell pepper<br />4 tomatillos<br />4 dried red chilles<br />Hand full cilantro<br />1 onion <br />1 tsp salt & black pepper<br />lime juice of one lime<br />garlic one whole head (roast to deepen the flavor)<br /><br />Boil the tomatillos and the tomatoes together.<br />Once boiled, drain them and place in blender.<br />Add the rest of the ingredients, and process with brief pulses to reach the desired texture and the consistency you like.<br />Taste and adjust seasonings or ingredients if needed. Pour into a glass jar and serve in small bowls with tortilla chips.
